Hi, there are more threads that look at reflective accounts - you can search on the advanced search page

You can also ask your tutor/assessor if they have proforma sheets to use.

I have just been asked to do some reflective accounts and my tutor has said that only what I have done is of importance. They do not want reams of detail about what 'joe bloggs' did and said. We were told to keep them short and concise and use the UARS to make sure that you have include all the info that is needed.

Hope this is of some help.

its very simple

a good clear account of what YOU did

why you did it
how you did it

what was good about
what went wrong
and why
and how would you improve it next time.
never say you wouldnt, no ones that good.
