completeing an order please read through the following terms of sale..
To recieve a downloadable/electronic title within
24 hours of purchase a customer
agrees to waive their right to an order cancellation
period why
Payment for goods will be conducted offsite through the
services of Paypal.
Cookies are used by paypal to track a basket'#s
contents - consent
Payment will be made in GBP £ pound sterling.
International purchases are very welcome:

Due to time zone differences please give allow a little
additional time for contact.
Postage & packaging costs where applicable are included
alongside each relevant product.
Delivery is restricted
to the UK only.
Individual product price is always as stated.
Special offers will have their terms & conditions/duration
of offer published on each relevant page.
eGoods will be delivered via a download link sent in
reply to a successful payment - if you have any concerns
regarding an email containing a link for download please
get in touch to verify legitamate contact.
Physical/tangible goods will be processed
and delivered via local courier services.
PRIVACY - a customers name, geographic
postal and electronic email address will only be used for the purpose
of delivering ordered goods and reasons of individual customer service.
They will not be used for any other
marketing purpose, sold or transfered to another external party.
Purchased eGoods each electronic title
purchased can be saved and stored in up to two different storage locations
- one copy serving as a working title the other as a backup.
Files have an unlimited
lifetime guarantee - if they are lost, accidently deleted please get in touch,
include a transaction number and a replacement copy will be sent.
Purchased eGood titles can be printed and bound
to form just one complete whole.
Individual pages from a purchased eGood title
can be printed out in unlimited quantity matching need and requirements
of the crafting session/room setting.
No purchased title, or free resource can be sold on,
transfered via any finacial transaction, have contents changed or
modified and have copyright claimed by another.

the store's electronic downloadable goods

Selling electronic, downloadable goods is considered
a service in respect of the distance selling and ecommerce regulations.
A customer who purchases an electronic ebook or
other downloadable title needs to understand that their right to a
cancellation period - 7 working days, ceases to apply if they wish to
receive their ebook/title before this time frame ends.
Electronic goods, once accessed
from the internet/an email cannot be returned. As with advice, guidance,
gas and electricity there is no way to undo receivership. Please be
assured customer service is of the highest priority if you encounter any
problem please always get in touch.

note is a customer's right, please get in touch.
--- return the goods and obtain a proof of posting
slip.
--- please do this whilst a full refund, excluding
return postage is organised.

Please provide a postal address, name and email
for contact.
Only one entry per geographical address.
Competitions will open, close and run in accordance
with the published details of each
individual event.
PRIVACY - submitted information will be used for
the sole purpose of contacting a winner.
All entry details are deleted 3 months after the
closing date. This time frame ensures
follow-up queries can be dealt with effectively.
Winners abbreviated name and county of residence will
be published on the closed competition page unless winners prefer
anonymity.

This data is collected via silkysteps host server where file requests are
logged to track the use of individual pages, images, downloads, a visitor's
browser information and a country of origin - none of this can personally
identify someone and is only used to improve and adapt the site's content,
design and its navigation which aims to continually improve performance that
support a user's whole website experience.
