Question Reflective accounts

What sort of format do your reflective accounts take - how useful have you found them and do your parents/committee know what types of analytic procedures are undertaken in your Preschool / group ?

In relation to working with children, I ask myself -

- what did they learn?
- did they enjoy the activity?
- what might I change next time?

That sort of thing ... not sure it's what you were asking though!
