can anyone please point me in the right direction for this ????

explain why positive relationships with people involved in the care of children and young people are important.
people involved are


official visitors
other visitors
colleagues from other agencies and services
external partners

i work in a nursery setting so its difficult to see some of the people who would be seen as external partners etc.... if you know what i mean

why cant they just write the questions in plain english !!!!!!
