I'm hoping that I can help.. I was also stuck on this question til someone explained it to me!! Here goes!!:

when contrasting on what we say, do and what we actually do might reflect on the following areas:
  • how you respond to children's behaviour
  • play activities and opportunities
  • the effectiveness of sessions
  • work with your colleagues
  • work with parents
if you look on page 161 to 163 its all on there... I read thru and changed a few things. Got signed off so it should have been ok!!

Good luck and hope that you understand it abit better! :)

Reflection can change anything & everything - anywhere.

By asking how things are, how they work and how they can be - you can use the answers to help change & hopefully improve working practice ..

From noting grumbles from the local post delivery person to why the children can't access the hand towels .. all these points may come up during work, meetings or via complaint procedures the solutions are positive steps to improving work place practice for everyone.

These Self development plans can help look at ways you can ask yourself how things went and how they might go if tried again ..

i dont know if that helps u thats i put down

It's so easy to say all the right things in a prospectus, to parents and other professionals- but the really important thing is to put it all into practice.
