hi can anyone help just two questions and i can hand in 3 assignments all completed what are they asking for when they say evaluate own knowledge,performance and understanding against relevant standards 3.1 and explain own expectations about own work role as expressed in relevant standards just need a point in the right direction

Hi mother theresa - you need to evaluate your knowledge. performance , and understanding against the national occupational standards. this link should (hopefully) take you to them:

I created a table - rating my knowledge of each standard from 1 - 5 and giving a brief evaluation of my performance and understanding.

thanks mrsnoah i think i have been pushing myself too hard and my brain is frazzled at the moment had a lot on this month and think trying to complete 3 units was a bit too much. Am seeing my assessor next week so if i dont manage to finish this unit i will still have 2 to hand in
