Cheerful

Ideas for activities for Father and child(ren) - well if it means I can have an afternoon off!!

A nature ramble - with a list of things to find
A bike ride
Go on a minibeast hunt - Great images and info pdf or check out our minibeast forum
Go to your local park for a play on the equipment or a kick around
Check out your area in the Your County forum for any events.
Lock them in the kitchen and see what culinary 'delights' they come up with - but make sure you're not lumbered with the washing up! Our Recipes forum has some fab ideas
Visit the seaside for fish & chips, ice cream and amusements.
Check out the Book forum for some lovely story-time ideas - aww, daddy and littlee snuggled up with a book.
Visit the cinema
Go fishing - even if it's just jam jars on string, it's great fun!
Make some instruments and have a 'concert' - Noisemakers, elastic bands over a box, acorn whistle, cardboard tube.
Play a good old-fashioned board game
Play some outdoor games
Print out a voucher booklet - ideas here
Other outings ideas
