Hey everyone!

This is my first thread. Wondering if anyone could help me. I am doing unit 11, Outcome 4 - Understand how to support the nutritional and dietary needs of children and young people

I am stuck on question 1 Define the basic nutritional requirements of children and young people to ensure a balanced diet and meet government guidance

I have lots of notes but not sure how to write it all up and not sure what information is needed.

Any help would be great. I've got this question and 2 others to do and ill have this unit finished.
