I'm studying the CYPW level 3 because I wasn't allowed to go onto the new EYE level and the level was still open for last few days.

I'm on safeguarding and the question asks to explain the rights that children, young people and their carers have when harm or abuse is suspected or alleged.

I don't know where to start HELP!!!!!

P.S I decided to post it here because I doubt anyone uses CYPW anymore so......

Hi a warm welcome, there are many members continuing to study the level 3 cypw, the EYE qualification is only available in England so there are also members from Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales studying qualifications that have similarly phrased criteria xx

In response to your query, you might find this thread useful - rights where abuse is suspected

If possible try to secure a level 3 handbook as it'll offer you much guidance - on amazon.co.uk

The search page here will also return existing threads if you enter keywords or sections of words from the criteria that you're working on.
