Develop policies and procedures 4 anti discrminatory really stick on it

First you need to write down the steps to the excising policies and procedures for inclusion and anti discrimination
Then go through each step and think of ways it could be expanded upon or made better
You could possible go onto your local council web site they should have pdf on local policies and procedures for everything
Sorry each setting is different so can only guide not give answer
