Default Please, help!!!!!! Assessor coming on Thursday!

Please, can anyone help me to write a reflective account that explains why you need to have a good standard in literacy, numeracy and ICT, and how your knowledge can support or hinder pupils` learning or may affect the way you interpret activities and learning material.
Then I have to evaluate my strengths, weaknesses and personal targets to ensure continuous development and progression within these key areas.
Finally I have to make a SMART plan based on my evaluation.
Can someone point me in the right direction please?
Thanks.

okay so a reflective account should be on a lesson or activity, something that you have physically done. For a R/A you need to write down the activity for this id say a maths and English lesson doesn't need to be fancy as long as their is counting e.g we sang one two three four five once I caught a fish alive. And. alphabet song or try writing their names (really depends on age group) then for each thing you have done you have to write why. We sang that song because it is easy to rhyme but children learn number sequence. A R/A is basically WHAT you did and WHY you did it you can cover a lot and more than needed in a r/a
Sorry I cant really help with rest as it is personal to you just keep in mind most answers are all just WHAT WHY HOW.
I really hope that helps
