Hi, I'm not completely sure what you're asking for sorry. Outcomes are eventualities or maybe seen as the endings of a happening. If it helps, you can find out about the five positive outcomes of ECM/every child matters here:
ECM summary on education.gov.uk & ECM full publication
About outcomes on Newcastle.gov.uk

If you're in England you'll also find expected outcomes documented in the EYFS - look for the Early Learning Goals

To get you started, do you have access to a learner handbook - titles on amazon.co.uk it'll help guide your research. Ask your placement or setting if you can have a copies of their policies and procedures to read through, a copy of the prospectus and welcome book and your job contract - what your role is in the setting, the duties and responsibilities that you have. All these will enable you to familiarise yourself with the setting's practice, its aim and expectations.

The search page on silkysteps will find threads other members have posted. Enter keywords from the assessment criteria - search page

I hope this helps.

Best wishes
