CYP32- How do I affect development?

Hello, newbie here!

I would really appreciate a bit of help. I just cant find the words for this question;

"How do you think that your own working practices affect the children’s development?"

It seems like it should be so easy, praising or criticising my own methods but it's not!! Simply don't know what to say. Would love if some could help me get the ball rolling!! x

Try looking at SHC 32 own work role and CYP 3.6 section 1.2 I was able to cross ref to this. For the unit as most of it is observation I included the following documents
Promote child and young person development.
from the EYFS language for communication as evidence.
