Hi, if it helps there's an example of a personal development plan on this link

There's also more detailed information on page 40 of this level 3 handbook amazon.co.uk

Think about the training that you've been involved with ie. learning opportunities, eg. awareness days, workshops, courses, seminars that have improved your practice by making you more aware of issues and better able to support the children in your care and collegues
  • Mental health awareness
  • Behvioural support
  • Working together in the workplace
  • Parent partnerships
  • Multi agency
  • Safeguarding
  • Child protectionm
  • Creative activities
  • First aid
  • Food hygiene
  • Risk assessment
  • Play
  • Health and Safety
  • observing colleagues practice
  • sector book titles or articles that you've read
Recording this development may happen through the way you store your
qualification and attendance certificates - in a development portfolio maybe? link is to amazon

Other ways to evidence personal development might be through the handouts, leaflets, observations, feedback slips, notes made about or during training, the appraisal system your setting has in place.

Hth, best wishes for tomorrow xx
