Find help and support for unit SHC 32 engaging in personal development

Evaluate own knowledge, performance and understanding against relevant standards.
I've already written about how I follow standards...do I need to add ways in which I could be better? If anyone could give me an example of what I'm meant to be doing that would be great :) Thanks

Hi

I completed this through personal development,
I wrote about areas of weakness, strenghts and give myself a score based between1-5 (5 being really good and 1 being unsatifactory )on:
  • Building positive relationships and working in partnership with staff&/parent/carers.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with children of different ages, with different needs and/or in different settings.
  • Observations, planning and record keeping.
  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework.
  • Information technology skills.
  • Safeguarding children (child protection and Health and Safety)
  • Writing skills (e.g. letters, reports, newsletters)
  • Knowledge of legislation affecting the sector.
  • Multi Agency work.
i then picked a few of these that i had scored my self low on that i needed to improve and wrote how i could improve these. All the above is in relevant standards

Hope it helps

Lynne
