Default how national and local guidlines, policies and procedures for safeguarding affect the day-to-day work

Please can anyone help me with these two questions.

A clear analysis of how national and local guidlines, policies and procedures for safeguarding affect the day-today work, both with children and young people and within the new worker's role?

and a explaination of child protection within the wider concept of safeguarding children and young people?

Default

the second part is easy sg is ALL the things we do to keep children safe from using a fridge to visitors books you need to say how cp fits into all this

you then need to analyse the current guidelines which you can find on your council website, the doe site the cwdc or the nspcc ones. analysing how they effect your day to work in every way giving examples and links and also how you teach a new worker them and how they need to prove they are safe to be in practice.

check your verbs list in the back of your handbook to check the exact criteria for analysis and the list at the end of the unit to see what you need to cover.
