Details about particular disabilities or special educational needs as they affect your ability to provide a high quality service and support colleagues as appropriateNot sure if I'm reading this in context - but are you asking about your ability to provide high quality service & support to colleagues with children with particular disabilties or special educational needs ?
If so, your knowledge, experience and working cohesively will supporting the team to deliver high quality provision. Meetings - colleagues and parents to agree iep, ongoing training, working with area senco, senco, key worker etc

thanks in advance

What could affect the above is your inability to understand through lack of knowledge, unwillingness to train or attend meetings or work with your colleagues, lack of knowledge could be that person is afraid of courses exams etc as they do not consider themselves academic.

I'm not sure of what you have actually typed down - as I don't know what the question was above or below K4D988, so i may be totally out of context - sorry if i am.

I hope this helps.
