Nvq 2 unit 204 help!!!!

Hi im new to the site and need a bit of help, ive just started my nvq2 and my turtor has asked me to answer some questions! but im having trouble with them.
1.How do your opinions and beliefs affect the way you work with children?
2.How do your opinions and beliefs affect the way you work with parents/carers?
3.How do your opinions and beliefs affect the way you work with colleagues?

a clue, if you believed that people who were from the estate up the rd were common and rude and the child was from there how could that effect how you treat them? and so on and so forth. remember to think about different opinions you could hold and different beliefs for example if you believe that homosexuality is wrong it may affect how you treat gay parents, if you are racist and have black colleagues......
