K4D800 the importance of promoting children's assertiveness, self confidence and self-esteem to enable them to protect themselves, how to adapt practice for different circumstances and to support colleagues.

This is the last question which need more info on and then 402 is completed

please please help - i know why it is important 2nd bit adapt practice hit a barrier on

also reflective bit - how do you do this in the setting example please
