Default Health and safety k3h246

Hi everyone I am new to this, I started my NVQ 3 in august have not done NVQ 2 so am finding this quite difficult, I volunteer at my daughters nursery 3 mornings.
My assessor is biting at my heels as I have only sent in 1 assignment to be marked, have got to finish 302 by 6th october, but I am stuck on a question that is within k3h246
What are the national standards ( referring to the children act 1989- health and safety policy)
I have done all the others health and safety act 1974, health and safety law, and management of health and safety 1999.
I have been searching for ages the children act 1989 does not have anything to that says about health and safety and the national standards are on the EYFS website which is the next one I have to answer.
I just have to explain briefly then put the main points about it. can anyone help thanks

Default national standards

Hi there just searched national standards on google and found this link that might help:
http://www3.imperial.ac.uk/pls/porta...1/46973696.PDF

Hope thats a start for you, think i have already done this question but as my work is all online would need to search for that assignment for more info.
Good luck.
