i just done. i found it hard but heres what i put. 3-7 that you need to do the routines for them eg brushing teeth washing dressing etc, 7-12 you let them do these on their own but with supervision and showing them first, 12-16they do all the routines by themselves without you interfering but explaining the need to wash more cause of puberty and sweating more and to girls because of periods etc. for disabled chldren and those with communication problems foer all ages using books to explain and clothes with elasticated waists or tabs to help them ge dressed hope this is not to confusing
