Write about:
Clear communication being the key to avoiding misunderstandings.
The aim in resolving conflicts is not to prove who was right or wrong.
Listening actively, acknowledge others feelings on the matter.
Think about what may be beneath the surface of the problem e.g are their underlying problems that may have affected the way the person reacted.
Deal with the matter promptly.
