Default sch 34 3.1 how to respond to complaints.

Hello.

i am new to this site, and im finding it exstremly usefull and happier knowing other people are in the same boat as me.

i am slowly making my way through the units. i unfortunatly did study my level years ago but then had my daughter prematurly and did not complete. i am now going through the whole thing again but it is so different from when i did it. alot of in work observing and less written.

please could anyone please give a brain a jump start and help me to start this unit. its frazzled from all the baby talk lol

Your work setting should have a complaints policy as it will be different for each setting. I read the policy and wrote a bit on it, then my line manager asked me questions and wrote my answers as part of an observation to sign this criteria off.
