This is to do with your setting's policies and procedures - it is the organisation. If you can ask for copies you'll see that what they contain will be the guidance or expectations your workplace requires of you when providing personal care.

Regulatory procedure will be included in your home nation's early years framework eg. if you work in England take a look through the EYFS, if in Wales - foundation phase, Scotland's two frameworks or Northern Ireland's Foundation stage.
