Default city guilds eye 3 unit 302

hi I'm starting unit 302 model promote and support positive behaviour with children

I keep reading through it and I'm just not really sure where to start
1.1 explain how legislation, frameworks, codes of practice and policies relating to supporting the positive behaviour of children are applied to current working practice.

any advise and support welcome please I couldn't see much about behaviour in the statutory framework for early yrs.
