organisational plan

Hi, would anyone be able to give me some advice on setting up an organisational plan for a pre school. I have some printed information, but was wondering how it should be compiled, in a large folder etc.would be grateful for any advice.

it is simply a flow chart on a sheet of A4 you need to demonstrate you understand the mechanism of the structure.

Thank you for your comments, I was given the impression I had to link policies to the plan, show where things can be found, and how and when things are done! that's why I thought it needed a large file. doesn't seem that complicated the way you have described it, Thanks

Hi, sorry you are right,t I should have explained my question a little better. I am in the process of starting a new pre school and this plan is just one of the things I am looking at.
