I was about to give up on this level 5 this evening as Im struggling to balance work, study and my children but ...no I just need a few pointers to get me started please.

Just completed this unit if you have a look at this book it will help I found it very useful:
Fielder, F (1967) A Theory of Leadership Effectiveness, McGraw Hill.
