Help needed please!!!

This is my first time asking for help as I have always found help in the past but I can't seem to with this assignment. I dont know if its because I am on holiday or what but I cant seem to be able to get my head round this assignment! I am most probably looking at it from the wrong angle.

It is for Unit 303 - Support learning activities.

Assessment criteria 3.2 - Explain how social organisation and relationships may affect the learning process, including details on:
-learner groups
-group development
-group dynamics
-the way adults interact and respond to learners

Assessment criteria 3.6 - An explanation of how to deal with the sorts of problems that might occur when supporting learning activities, including problems relating to:
-the learning activities
-the learning resources
-the learning environment
-the pupils
-assessment

Anyone who has done this please could you give me some assistance or can anyone offer some help please. All help will be most appreciated.

expalin the importance of evaluating learning activites.
evaluate how your own knowledge, understanding and skills in literacy, numeracy, and ICT can impact on practice in the setting!!!

i dont understand these questions!!! ahh!!!
