Help SOS CYP 3.7 or Unit 030 - Equality & ideal policy

Hi can someone give me a little help with writing an ideal policy in promoting equality, diversity and inclusion in children and young people.

I had to compare 2 policies for this question. I looked up 2 policies from nursery websites, took out the bits I thought were important and wrote up my own policy in my own words. Most nurseries policies you look up cover the same or very similar issues
