Hi, if you enter 'school display policy' on a search engine there are some examples that may help you and your setting draw up their own xx

Risk assessment:
Where is the display: will it obstruct or injure.
What is on the display: will it dislodge, is it sharp, will it burn, would it injure, who does it belong to, is it fragile, is it poisonous, will it rot!
How are things fixed to the display: will they dislodge, could they injure
Who is at risk by interacting with the display: tabletop displays may have smaller items within reach that are a risk to younger children. Could heavier items be pulled off - table cloths can be a culprit, staple remover

Hth xx
