I completed this through personal development,
I wrote about areas of weakness, strenghts and give myself a score based between1-5 (5 being really good and 1 being unsatifactory )on:
- Building positive relationships and working in partnership with staff&/parent/carers.
- Knowledge and experience of working with children of different ages, with different needs and/or in different settings.
- Observations, planning and record keeping.
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- Information technology skills.
- Safeguarding children (child protection and Health and Safety)
- Writing skills (e.g. letters, reports, newsletters)
- Knowledge of legislation affecting the sector.
i then picked a few of these that i had scored my self low on that i needed to improve and wrote how i could improve these. All the above is in relevant standards
