Preschool Early Years resource article. Flowering willow catkins

Spring is a time of year for branches of soft willow catkins

If anyone has a vase of stems decorating a surface somewhere please feel free to use the image in complimentary activities - grey/white dough, with yellow glitter and trimmed synthetic wool type fibres can recreate larger catkins for display, size, texture comparrisons and photographs.
