Hi, you may have your own beliefs that contradict what you see, i.e. if you have religious beliefs, or if you have been brought up to think a certain way i.e. children should not be smacked etc. You need to be aware that your beliefs arent that of everyone, so its all about recognising other peoples ways. Also our beliefs and past life experiences can help us within our role, i.e. if we have children etc.
