Reflective accounts?

I have done two reflective accounts for when I have been assessed. But I need to do ras for a fire drill, child accident and also personal development plan. How much detail should go into them? So far they are only a couple of pages each, where as my other ones are over 40

Having the unit's performace criteria as a guide - writing everything you did and then seeing how it relates to what the PC is asking can help guide your reflective account's content, along with knowledge of your settings policies & procedures.

first of all write what you do in great detail the more the better, not what your colleagues did what YOU did.
then write why you did it
then how you would change, expand, improve it next time.
