Help SOS k2t1112....help
Hi, im new to this but hope somebody can help...

Im stuck on how to support young people aged 12 to 16 for change, personal growth and moving on.

The question is support children through transitions in their lives. Im just having problems with this age group.

Would be grateful for any guidance.. Thankyou.

encourag life skills
help with carere dessions or futher aplications
information books
support from teachers and support groups
