Unit 333

Hi I am new to the site, 64% complete on the level 4, but really not sure about the next few questions, can anyone help

K18- Working culture and practices of the industry/sector.
K20- Work requirements in your area.
K21- agreed operational plans and changes in your area.

I think it will be easy when I understand what is expected but just not sure exactly what they want.
