Hi and welcome to Silkysteps

This looks like an interesting unit !!
CCLD Unit 333 from CWD Council - it's the L3 PDF .. does it still contain the same information ?

For K333K04 - The causes and effects of high and low staff turnover

I'd suggest looking at things like Staff moral - relationships with management, process of resolution (do things get sorted out fairly quickly), Wages, holidays and work place environment and location.

The effects can range from never ending rounds of interviewing and advertising, possibly lowering exisiting staff morale even more !! Established groups that have a low staff turnover have many positives, the negatives could be how introducing fresh ideas, routines and people into the group will affect and change things.

Businesslink has a great page that can be related to our sector - Factors affecting staff turnover

Hth .. enjoy the site
