General question CCLD NVQ4

Hi, just signed up to this website. Have just started (well I say started, more like looked at it) the CCLD NVQ4 - finding it hard where to start. Does it get any easier? It looks to me as if I'm going to find it hard to get it completed this year looking at the size of my folder already. Any advice to get me on my way? Thanks x

I felt exactly the same when i first saw the folder it is quite daunting. If you have a good assessor this will help a lot, this site is also very helpful there is always someone willing to offer some advice. I just dealt with it one unit at a time, my assessor started me of on Unit 401, she went through each knowledge question i made some bullet points which sometimes didn't make sense when i came to answer the questions. I always tried to tackle one question a night, more if i didn't need to write much. I started in Sep 07 i have completed the written work for the compulsory units and am now working on the optional units. If you are actually doing the work it should be slightly easier

Hi Cat
I too have just started my NVQ4 and am finding it a bit hard going -getting used to all the jargon and how they want it to be presented is a task in itself!!
There are some very knowledable people on here who are always willing to point you in the right direction.
Welcome to this fab site

Default NVQ4

Thanks, nice to know that I can call on someone for help & advice. I think when you look at NVQ's it's the way in which they word it makes it look more daunting than is necessary. I may be back .........
