ok guys, can anyone help me??? my brain has shut down!!

behaviour management programmes

so i need to write a SMART target for a child who shows agression to other kids in class by pushing them out of his way and who often gets involved in play fights which get out of control

(SMART - specific, measurable, acheivable, relevant, time-scaled)

can anypne give me an example, i just cant seem to catch on to this at all.

targets arent behaviour management they re just a way of setting realistic targets you can measure you need to think about how they will achieve it so you can bribe, or encourage through feedback and support, role model the behaviour, pal him up with another child, peer support etc. the main thing is the expectations being smart so dont say be good all week then you will get a reward you might as well say fly to the moon, small steps.
