help ive got an asessment and i was wondering im a trainee in my playgroup but my assesment is taking the children for physical do i have to take the lead and do the talking is that whats expected of me because 2 other staff will be with me aswell feel a bit uncomfortable taking charge when im a tranee

you have to take lead as its level 3... I think perhaps the other staff should let you, they will understand that your being assessed! :)
