Default 305.1 pc 2, what does that mean??
I would be so grateful if someone could give me a bit of a headstart for 305.1 pc 2

Implement transparent procedures and information about access to provision to meet the needs of all children

I am banging my head of the brick wall trying to re word this but it is too hard, It will be dead easy if someome else explained to me in a simpler way!!

Please help!
