Help! The first seems ok,I think thats about setting up meetings in settings with proffessionals.Im stuck on the second part, help please

If some of your staff members disagree with the opinions of the outside agencies how do you deal with that?
An example could be reminding the staff that we are working within the UN convention rights of the child and how we should all be working together to support the child and its family.
