Ive just walked out of the job I love because of 1 person, aaaaarrrrrrrrrrggggggggg I want to scream, I worked really hard to get where I am, and now in 1 second its gone, been snatched away from me aaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrggggg

sorry but just had to vent that somewhere.

hope everyone else is having a better day xx

Oh dear Farleys! Is there nothing that can be done for you to have your job back? Can you, this other person and whoever is in charge, get together and talk about this situation?

something like this happened to me a number of years ago - but for me it was the best thing that could have happened as I went on to find a super job that gave me 7 brilliant years of job satisfaction and two very, very good friends that have stayed with me even though I have moved 100 miles away from the area.

Really consider your options when you have calmed down and are thinking rationally!!!!!!!

Take care, don't say/do anything without further advice from your Early Years team or Support worker if you are members of any associations (ie: PLA).

That's what they are there for - help and support to ALL members of staff! If they cannot help with your situation themselves they will know who you can contact.

It would be a good idea to have someone from Early Years to attend any meetings as an independent body.

Keep you chin up hunny, we are all behind you
