Wide Eyed meet diverse learning needs

Hi
I can't workout how I am to approach this question - a detailed consideration on how the use of different ways to meet the diverse learning needs of a group of children could affect children and the staff. Can anyony help?

Hi

Perhaps look at this from how the changes you may need to adopt to include all children, will challenge your settings (children/staff) routines/expectations?

Perhaps consider how not everyone will agree that diversity is beneficial. Some staff may feel overwhelmed by the prospect of meeting so many different types of needs; they may believe they do not have the time to focus on the needs of each individual?
They also may have concerns about being able to meet the normal developmental needs of young children in a setting where there are children with diverse needs.
