Hi can anyone help with this organisational and management development and change what do i write for this ??the next bit to it is ok how to respond positively to comments and actions after inspection i can manage that but cant get my head around the first bit what do they want me to put???
this is my first unit not enjoying this one very much

For me the answer to this question was quite personal and may not help you, however i wrote about recieving a bad grade on one of my inspections and talked about what changes i could make to turn it around.

I wrote about employing a secretary to take some of the administrative workload from me so that i had more time to work in the room, model good practice, monitor staff's performance etc.

So i suppose you would write about any changes you have made or been involved in due to the result of a previous inspection.

Thankyou so much now i understand what they want.i find with all these questions it takes a while to work out what they are asking,now i can finish this unit.

I submitted our ofsted action plan and then wrote an assignment on what we have done since the inspection to change the setting based on the action plan.

I also used the changes we made to bring us in line with EYFS when we started in September. Hope that helps. As Lucy said it needs to be something that is personal to your setting
