402.1.2 Ensure policies and procedures for equality of access, inclusion and participation are regularly reviewed and relevant data is collected, analysed and evaluated.

I take it the question is asking me how I ensure the above? Could anyone give me a push (quite hard) In the right Direction.

How does your setting review policies? Do you have a meeting to discuss them? Do you give them out to parents with suggested amendements? Where do you get your information on to keep you up to date to ensure your policies are ok? You can submit your Accessibility Plan

If you've already written your legislation bit (can't remember which unit) you can x-ref to the legislation

Also write about your role in updating policies
