Default WHat dose inclusion mean?

I wont to know what inclusion really means before i write about

any help would be great

Inclusion is including .. anything - its the barriers that exist to stop something from being included that may give it it's more 'working title of inclusion.

My personal definition is that its about being ready, flexible, open & accomodating to suggestion ..

I was able to be a silent part of a discussion recently where a request for definitions of inclusion was asked for, it can be very individual
A link to this poem was included - Inclusion is not exclusion

If you think about what you change around and alter to make sure everyones needs are met - this is another way of looking at inclusion ..
