Help SOS Cross Ref "K"'s to PC's ????

Can you cross ref your "K's" to your PC's ????? If so please can you tell me what to do ??
I thought that only the assessor can do your PC'S, but looking at some posts I get the feeling you can X ref ??

certainly you can find references , any refs for any evidence. but fill them in in pencil till your assessor agrees them. she may not!
