How to assess and plan for children's needs drawing on available resources and support sevices.

hi hope i'm not too late to help with this 1 i was lucky to be able to cross reference this 1 with a reflective account i did on unit 339........i used the point of special needs because we have to meet with SEN co-ordinator regular to assess and sometimes change the targets to fit in with the childs individual needs.....therefore we use their services and other resources to plan where to go next.............hope this helps
