Help SOS k3pc182 why is it important to show respect for other adults

Hi why is important to show respect for other adults individualitly and how to do so?
Also does this question mean work collegues and parents?

Hiya, if you search for 'show respect for other adults' there are a few suggestions posted.

I would think the term refers to any adult: Colleague, Parent, Grandparent, Business owner ..

It is for any adult you come accross in your job, colleagues, parents or careers, other childcare professionals etc.......

Yes any adults you come across through your job,
It's also about thinking about others feelings/emotions, say perhaps - a parent that seems rude and offish..... you need to take time to consider why this might be...... it may turn out to be something as simple that they are stressed and rushing of to work, deep down the parents knows the child is safe/happy with you, so knows they can just 'drop and run'!!!!!!

I would suggest it is also about our attitudes as well as behaviour and practices.
The attitudes of young children will be affected by the behaviour of the adults around them, they will imitate how we value and welcome those we come into contact with.
